How It Works

  1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Open a new tab in Chrome – it automatically uses Pro Bookmark Viewer.
  3. Browse your bookmarks in the clean grid or list layout.
  4. Click any bookmark to open it instantly in the current tab.
  5. Optional: Enable Most Visited or Recently Added sections to access common pages faster.

Permissions & Trust

Bookmarks

Used to read and display your bookmarks in the New Tab page. If you add, edit, or delete a bookmark, the extension uses the same actions available in Chrome’s native bookmark manager.

Top Sites (optional)

Used only to show Chrome’s built-in “Most Visited” shortcuts, if you enable that section.

Tabs

Used to open the URL you click (bookmark or search result) in the current tab.

Search suggestions (optional)

If enabled, the new tab search bar may request suggestion strings from Google’s suggestion API. The extension itself does not store or transmit these queries elsewhere.
